What materials do you use?
We use stainless steel and gold-plated metals. Stainless steel pieces are hypoallergenic, non-tarnish, and water resistant. Earring findings may be sterling silver depending on the pair, and brass charms may be used depending on the style. Please check the product listing for item-specific materials.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to pack and send your order. Shipping time is additional and depends on the method selected at checkout. Custom and made-to-order pieces may take longer; email hello@tigersandtokki.com for an estimate.
Do you accept returns?
Most, but not all, items may be returned or exchanged. Contact hello@tigersandtokki.com within 14 days of delivery. After contacting us, the item must be shipped back within 7 days. We inspect returned items before processing a refund. Refunds generally take 7–10 business days to reach the original payment method, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
