Return Window
Most, but not all, items may be returned or exchanged when initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be shipped back within 7 days after we receive your return request. Eligibility, exclusions, and condition requirements may vary by item; contact us before shipping anything back.
How to Start a Return
Contact hello@tigersandtokki.com with your order number, the item(s) concerned, and the reason for return. Do not ship anything back until return instructions are provided. After inspection, refunds are generally credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
